14-day returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
Items we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back used snorkels, mouthpieces and undergarments. Made-to-measure suits and serviced life-support equipment are also final.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or does not work, message us with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund it.
