Terms and conditions
Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. We may update them, and the version on this page applies.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euro and Egyptian pound. The pound price follows our exchange rate on the day, so it can change. An order is accepted when we confirm it.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store card numbers on this site.
Safety
Scuba diving carries risk. You are responsible for training, medical fitness, and servicing your equipment as the maker requires.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Your legal rights as a consumer remain.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the shop is registered. Add the exact jurisdiction here.
